Rates and Policies

Rates: Shown are for one or two persons. Additional people are $35.00 per night per person. State and local taxes will be added. Rates are subject to change.

Minimum Stay: Two Nights.

First Two Nights - $150.00 per night
Additional Nights - $120.00 per night

Deposit and Payment: Deposit is 50% of the total fee to be paid at the time reservations are made with either a check or cash. The remainder, plus taxes, is due on arrival.

Refund: A full refund will be made if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the reserved dates. A full refund will also be made for cancellations less than 14 days if the reserved dates are successfully rebooked. Refund requests for extenuating circumstances are at the discretion of the hosts. Refunds are subject to a $15.00 service charge.

Check-in: 4:00 P.M. (Exceptions may be made)

Check-out: 11:00 A.M. (Exceptions may be made)

Restrictions: No smoking inside the cabin. No pets. No use of gas or charcoal grills on premises.
